Interim Senior Legal Counsel | 12-Month FTC
A leading international, private equity-backed organisation is looking to appoint a Senior Legal Counsel for a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a broad, business-facing role supporting senior stakeholders on commercial contracts, governance, compliance, and strategic projects. You'll act as a trusted adviser to the business, balancing legal risk with commercial objectives while helping drive key initiatives across the UK and Ireland.

Key Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer with 8–12 years' PQE
- Strong commercial law experience
- The confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Previous in-house experience and exposure to consumer-focused businesses would be beneficial
