We're looking for an experienced Supported Living Manager to lead the mobilisation of our new services. You'll develop person-centred support plans, complete risk assessments, and ensure a smooth transition as services are established.

This is a hands-on interim role where you'll provide operational leadership, maintain high-quality care, and help build strong, person-centred services while permanent teams are recruited.

- Provides confident, visible leadership to staff teams, offering guidance, stability, and support during a period of service development.
- Maintains a strong focus on quality, compliance, safeguarding, and positive outcomes, ensuring services continue to meet the highest standards.
- Adapts confidently in a fast-paced environment, responding to changing priorities while keeping the needs of the people we support at the heart of every decision.
