We're partnering with a global investment management business looking to appoint an experienced Interim Strategic Initiatives Marketing Manager to join their EMEA marketing team on a 12-month contract. This is a high-profile role sitting at the centre of several key strategic initiatives, spanning brand campaigns, partnership marketing, retail investor engagement and digital marketing. You'll work across multiple markets, collaborate with senior stakeholders and play a key role in delivering marketing activity that supports business growth across the region.
The Role:
Lead the delivery of co-branded marketing campaigns with key distribution and platform partners Drive pan-EMEA brand campaigns, research programmes and performance measurement initiatives Support retail and next-generation investor marketing activity, including digital engagement campaigns Act as the key liaison between marketing, SEM, paid social and agency partners Work across multiple strategic projects, ensuring strong stakeholder alignment and delivery Help embed AI tools and new technologies to improve marketing effectiveness and productivity

Candidate Criteria:
You'll be an experienced marketing professional with a track record of delivering integrated campaigns across brand, digital and partnership channels. Whilst the role sits within asset management, we're particularly interested in candidates from fintech, wealthtech, digital investment platforms, trading platforms, challenger financial services brands or technology-led financial businesses. Experience marketing to self-directed investors, retail investors or digitally engaged financial audiences would be highly advantageous. We're particularly interested in candidates who bring: Fintech, wealthtech, investment platform or broader financial services marketing experience Strong campaign management and stakeholder engagement skills Experience working with external partners, agencies or distribution channels Knowledge of digital marketing, paid media and content-led campaigns Experience targeting retail investors, next-generation investors or digitally native audiences A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action Exposure to AI tools and a genuine interest in how technology can enhance marketing performance
