A rare interim opportunity has arisen for a senior tax professional to lead a major international tax integration following a significant US acquisition.
A multi-jurisdictional, listed international business is seeking a Tax Integration Director for an initial 12–24 month interim period.
This is a highly strategic role for someone looking to move beyond the traditional “business as usual” tax remit and take ownership of complex integration, structuring, financing and tax optimisation initiatives across a significant FTSE Listed Business.
This interim opportunity offers longer-term stability, market-leading remuneration, bonus and car allowance, and can be performed predominantly remotely with occasional visits to the London office.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
