Interim Treasury Officer
Ivy Rock Partners are partnering with a large, well-established education institution in London to recruit an Interim Treasury Officer. This is an excellent opportunity to join a complex finance function, providing hands-on treasury support during a busy period and helping to ensure strong cash management and financial control across a multi-entity organisation.
This is a varied, hands-on treasury position supporting the day-to-day management of cash, banking and treasury operations. You'll work closely with senior finance colleagues, ensuring the organisation maintains robust treasury controls while delivering accurate reporting and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing daily and weekly cash position reporting and liquidity monitoring.
- Preparing and maintaining short and medium-term cashflow forecasts.
- Completing bank reconciliations and treasury journals.
- Processing treasury transactions, including transfers, deposits and loan-related payments.
- Managing banking administration, including mandates, user access and account maintenance.
- Monitoring treasury policy compliance and escalating potential risks.
- Coordinating banking queries.
- Supporting treasury reporting, audits and finance improvement projects.
- Building strong relationships with finance teams and stakeholders across the organisation.

You'll Bring
- Previous treasury, cash management or corporate banking experience.
- Strong experience of cash flow forecasting, reconciliations and financial controls.
- Excellent Excel skills and confidence working with finance systems.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently, prioritise effectively and deliver to tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- An AAT, ACT or equivalent finance qualification would be advantageous.
