Join an Established International Studio

Delivering individually curated high-end residential and hospitality projects, with a focus on interior architecture, bespoke joinery, and technical delivery.

Position

An established interior design studio is looking for a Midweight to Senior Interior Architect to join its London team, working across high-end private residential and hospitality projects in the UK and internationally.

The position will focus on the interior architecture and technical development of projects, working from initial concepts through to construction and installation. You will be responsible for developing space plans, interior architectural details, and bespoke joinery, alongside producing detailed drawing packages for contractors and specialist suppliers.

Depending on experience, you will take ownership of specific packages or wider areas of a project, coordinating with the internal design team, consultants, and contractors throughout the process. The role will also involve attending site and supporting projects through the construction stages.

Candidate

This role would suit an Interior Architect with experience delivering high-end private residential or hospitality projects, who enjoys developing concepts and layouts before taking projects through technical design and construction.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
