Senior Designer | Office Fit-Out (Cat A & Cat B)

London | Hybrid
£75,000 – £90,000 + Commission

A leading design and build studio is seeking a highly creative Senior Designer to join its London team, delivering standout office fit-out projects across Cat A and Cat B schemes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a designer with a strong point of view, someone who can shape compelling workplace concepts while confidently navigating the commercial and technical demands of a fast-paced D&B environment.

You will play a central role in developing and winning projects, crafting thoughtful, concept-driven schemes that respond to both landlord and occupier needs. Alongside your design strengths, you will use Revit to develop and communicate ideas with clarity and precision, ensuring design intent is carried through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative direction of Cat A and Cat B office fit-out projects, from initial concept through to presentation and delivery.
  • Develop compelling design narratives supported by layouts, visuals, and material palettes of the highest quality.
  • Translate client briefs into innovative, functional, and commercially aware workplace environments.
  • Use Revit to develop, test, and communicate design ideas, ensuring accuracy and coordination without compromising creativity.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and delivery teams to maintain design integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Present concepts with confidence and clarity, engaging clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Work alongside the Design Director to uphold design quality, consistency, and ambition across all projects.
  • Mentor junior designers, encouraging creativity alongside strong technical execution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
