Interior Designer

Senior Designer | Workplace Design & Build

Location: London | Work Arrangement: Hybrid Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 + commission

A highly respected workplace design and build studio is seeking an exceptional Senior Designer to join its expanding London team.

This opportunity is ideal for a designer with a strong presence, capable of blending creativity, commercial thinking, and design leadership to deliver outstanding workplace projects for an impressive client portfolio.

You’ll play a pivotal role in developing bespoke and high-quality pitches and workplace concepts. Collaborating closely with clients, senior stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams, you’ll bring imaginative, strategically aligned solutions to life.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and pitch process across workplace projects, from early concept development through to presentation and delivery.
  • Develop compelling design narratives, supported by branded drawings, finish boards, visuals, and high-standard presentation materials.
  • Work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to craft elegant, strategically-aligned workplace solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Design Director to uphold consistency, quality, and seamless delivery throughout the project process.
  • Present concepts with confidence, clearly and persuasively articulating ideas to senior clients and stakeholders.
  • Guide project teams, ensuring clarity, direction, and adherence to high design standards at every stage.
  • Ensure the viability of schemes, balancing commercial soundness and profitability with visual excellence.
  • Contribute to fostering an ambitious studio culture rooted in originality, collaboration, and design excellence.

About You

You’ll bring:

  • A strong background in workplace interiors, ideally within a design and build context.
  • Proven experience leading pitches and engaging effectively with high-profile clients.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Confidence in fast-paced environments with strong client-facing communication skills.
  • Commercial acumen, enabling you to balance creative vision, execution, and profitability.
  • A genuine passion for interior design, with a sharp eye for detail and a distinct viewpoint.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UK workplace market, including hands-on experience with London-based projects.
