Retail/Spatial Designer

Manchester (Hybrid Working)
£40,000 - £50,000 + Benefits

Design Experiences. Shape Environments. Bring Brands to Life.

We're partnering with an award-winning creative agency to recruit a talented Retail Designer for a flagship global client account. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of brand, space, and customer experience—creating engaging retail environments that connect people with brands in meaningful ways.

We're looking for a designer who thrives in the conceptual stages of a project and can transform strategic thinking into visually compelling physical experiences. Whether it's a retail activation, pop-up concept, shop-in-shop, or permanent store environment, you'll play a key role in shaping how customers interact with a globally recognised brand.

The Opportunity

Joining a highly collaborative creative team, you'll work alongside Creative Directors, Strategists, Technical Designers, and Visualisers to develop innovative retail concepts from initial idea through to execution.

You'll be someone who naturally thinks in 3D, understands customer flow, and has a passion for designing spaces that are both immersive and commercially effective.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
