At Craft Wardrobe, we create bespoke wardrobes and fitted furniture & kitchens that are personal, functional, and carefully crafted for each home. Based in London, our team focuses on listening to clients and designing pieces that align with their lifestyle and space. We manage the process from initial concept through to final installation, aiming to keep every step smooth, transparent, and enjoyable. Our work goes beyond simply furnishing a room; we focus on thoughtful design, quality materials, and craftsmanship that transform homes for the long term.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer position based in Hayes. The role will also involve attending client sites across London and the surrounding areas for consultations, surveys, and project coordination. The Interior Designer will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, develop design concepts for bespoke wardrobes and fitted furniture, and create detailed layouts and drawings. Daily tasks include space planning, selecting finishes and materials, coordinating FF&E, and working closely with joiners and installers to ensure designs are accurately executed. The role also involves site visits, measurements, updating plans based on feedback, and maintaining clear documentation and communication throughout each project.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
