A globally recognised architecture and design practice is looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join its award-winning London interiors team. You would be joining one of London's largest corporate interiors teams, working on high-profile workplace projects across the UK for leading commercial clients. Renowned for its collaborative culture, exceptional design quality, and people-first approach, the studio offers the opportunity to work alongside some of the industry's most experienced designers while contributing to projects that combine creativity, technical excellence, and outstanding client experience. This role would suit an experienced designer who enjoys taking ownership of design packages, working closely with senior leadership, and delivering beautifully resolved workplace environments from concept through delivery.

Job Description

  • Lead the design and delivery of packages across major UK workplace interiors projects
  • Develop creative design solutions from concept through technical stages
  • Produce high-quality Revit models, drawing packages, and presentation material
  • Collaborate closely with Principals, Associates, and wider multidisciplinary teams
  • Present design ideas confidently to internal teams and clients
  • Coordinate consultants and support the technical resolution of interior environments
  • Mentor more junior designers while maintaining a hands-on design role
  • Attend site visits throughout the UK during project delivery

Key Skills

  • Degree qualified in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
  • Demonstrable experience delivering corporate workplace interiors
  • Strong concept and technical design ability
  • Excellent Revit proficiency
  • Experience producing coordinated drawing packages
  • Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills
  • Confident working directly with clients and senior stakeholders
  • Collaborative, proactive, and commercially aware
