Role Description
This part-time Interior Designer role that may lead to full-time. The role is based in London.

The Interior Designer focuses on creating thoughtful, visually compelling designs for staging residential and commercial properties. Day-to-day tasks include developing interior concepts, preparing mood boards and design proposals, and selecting finishes, furniture, and decor aligned with project goals and brand standards.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection and specification.
- Candidates should possess skills in Space Planning to create functional, appealing layouts for residential and commercial properties.
- Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and the ability to interpret or coordinate Construction Drawings for design implementation.
- Relevant experience in home staging, residential or commercial interiors, or property marketing is beneficial.
- Proficiency with design and visualization tools (e.g., CAD software, SketchUp, or similar) and familiarity with remote collaboration tools is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple part-time projects independently in a remote setting are essential.
- A degree or certification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred but equivalent practical experience will be considered.
