About the Role
Advanced REVIT capability is a core requirement of this role.
We are seeking a talented and motivated Interior Designer to join our Interior Design team. The role is suited to a designer who is confident working across design development and delivery stages, capable of contributing creatively while also supporting technical coordination and project delivery.
You will work as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, contributing to high-quality interior design solutions across a range of complex projects.
Skills & Experience Required
- Degree in Interior Design or Architecture or Design related discipline.
- Experience working on Concept, Schematic and/or Detailed stage in Interior Design projects.
- Creative thinker with quick concept communication skills.
- Ability to create a concept, from a brief (under direction where required).
- Ability to think through design problems and outstanding attention to detail.
- Advanced software skills in Rhino and Revit.
- Demonstrate a basic knowledge of materials and their application.
- Good communication and organisational skills with the ability to communicate with suppliers.
- Team player with collaborative work ethic. Proactive and conscientious.
- Keen to learn and develop skills and a genuine interest in design.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to concept design, design development, and technical delivery across multiple projects
- Develop interior design proposals including layouts, FF&E concepts, material palettes, and spatial studies
- Produce and coordinate drawing packages appropriate to project stage (Stages 2–4)
- Assist in the preparation of presentation material for client and stakeholder reviews
- Support coordination with Architecture, MEP, consultants, and external specialists
- Manage allocated tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines and quality expectations
- Take feedback positively and demonstrate continuous improvement in both design and technical ability

Skills & Experience
Essential
- 2–5 years’ professional experience in interior design
- Strong design sensibility with a good understanding of spatial planning and detailing
- Proficiency in Rhino and/or Revit
- Design-led designers: strong Rhino capability
- Technical/delivery-focused designers: strong Revit capability (Stages 3 & 4)
- Experience producing technical drawings and coordinating information
- Good working knowledge of materials, finishes, and FF&E
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment
Desirable
- Experience working in a large or internationally recognised design practice
- Exposure to complex, multi-disciplinary projects
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
