Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Monifieth. The Interior Designer will develop design concepts, prepare presentations, and translate client requirements into functional and visually appealing interior spaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Space planning
- Selecting finishes and materials
- Coordinating FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment)
- Producing detailed drawings in collaboration with architects and contractors
- Conducting site visits
- Supporting project documentation
- Ensuring that designs meet budget, timeline, and quality expectations

The Interior Designer will work closely with clients and team members, contributing to a cohesive design process from concept through completion.
Qualifications
- Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to create functional, well-organized layouts.
- Experience collaborating with professionals and understanding how interior design integrates with building design.
- Proficiency in preparing Construction Drawings and technical documentation for use by contractors and suppliers.
- Knowledge of FF&E selection, specification, and coordination, including finishes, furniture, and fixtures.
- Relevant design qualification or degree (e.g., Interior Design, Architecture, or related field).
- Proficiency with design and drafting software (e.g., Virtual Worlds or similar), and standard office tools.
- Strong visual, conceptual, and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Experience working on-site with contractors and suppliers, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
