We are currently seeking an Interior Plant Technician to join our dedicated team at the Bristol branch, covering Bristol, Reading and surrounding areas. No prior experience required as we provide comprehensive, industry-leading training. If you are reactive and have a passion for horticulture, plants and flowers, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

- Basic salary of £26,700 per annum
- Expected OTE: £30,911 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes available

Interior Plant Technician Role
In this role, you will travel to customer locations to:
- Install and maintain interior and exterior plant and flower displays

Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining scenting units and cartridges
- Assisting with the installation of seasonal displays
- Working closely with the sales team to create agreed designs
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional image
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs
- Ability to undertake physical tasks, such as:
- Installing planters
- Hanging baskets
- Ability to enjoy driving and work at heights
- DBS check may be required, depending on the role applied for
