We are currently seeking an Interior Plant Technician to join our dedicated team at the Bristol branch, covering Bristol, Reading, and surrounding areas. No prior experience required as we provide comprehensive, industry-leading training. If you are reactive and have a passion for horticulture, plants, and flowers, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

- Basic salary: £26,700 per annum
- Expected OTE (On-Target Earnings): £30,911 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes available

The Interior Plant Technician Role
In this role, you will travel to various customer locations to install and maintain a range of interior and exterior plant and flower displays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining scenting units and cartridges
- Assisting in the installation of seasonal displays
- Collaborating with the sales team to create an agreed design
- Providing exceptional customer service and upholding a professional image at all times
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- A valid UK driving licence held for over two years, with no more than six penalty points
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs
- Ability to undertake physical tasks, such as installing planters and hanging baskets
- Experience with driving and comfort working at heights
- DBS check may be required depending on the role applied for
