We are currently seeking an Interior Plant Technician to join our dedicated team at the Bristol branch, covering Bristol, Reading and surrounding areas. No prior experience required as we provide comprehensive, industry-leading training.

Salary and Potential Earnings
- Basic salary: £26,700 per annum
- Expected cumulative total earnings (OTE): £30,911 per annum

Interior Plant Technician Role
In this role, you will travel to various customer locations to install and maintain a range of interior and exterior plant and flower displays.

Responsibilities
- Maintaining scenting units and cartridges
- Assisting in the installation of seasonal displays
- Working closely with the sales team to create an agreed design
- Providing exceptional customer service and upholding a professional image
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs
- Ability to undertake physical tasks (e.g., installing planters and hanging baskets)
- Enjoy driving and be comfortable working at heights
- May require passing a DBS check (depending on role)
