We are currently seeking an Interior Plant Technician to join our dedicated team at the Bristol branch, covering Bristol, Reading and surrounding areas. No prior experience is required—we provide comprehensive, industry-leading training.
If you are reactive, have a passion for horticulture, plants and flowers, and are eager to learn, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Interior Plant Technician Role
As an Interior Plant Technician, you will travel to customer locations to install, maintain, and refresh a range of interior and exterior plant and flower displays. Your role includes:
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining scenting units and cartridges
- Assisting in the installation of seasonal displays
- Collaborating with the sales team to realise agreed designs
- Providing exceptional customer service while upholding a professional image
- Ensuring customer satisfaction with high-quality installations
Requirements & Experience
Essential Criteria
✅ Full UK driving licence held for more than two years (Tier 2 – no more than six penalty points) ✅ Excellent customer service and communication skills ✅ Flexibility to accommodate varied shift patterns ✅ Ability to perform physical tasks, including:
- Installing planters
- Handling hanging baskets
- Working at heights ✅ Passion for driving and comfort with time spent in a vehicle
