We are currently seeking an Interior Plant Technician to join our dedicated team at the Bristol branch, covering Bristol, Reading, and surrounding areas.
No prior experience is required—we provide comprehensive, industry-leading training. If you are reactive, passionate about horticulture, plants, and flowers, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Interior Plant Technician Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Travel to customer locations to install and maintain interior and exterior plant/flower displays
- Maintain scenting units and cartridges
- Assist in seasonal display installations
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute agreed designs
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional image
Requirements & Qualifications
Essential
- Full UK driving licence held for more than 2 years, with no more than 6 penalty points
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to working patterns as needed
- Ability to perform physical tasks (installing planters, hanging baskets)
- Comfortable with driving and working at heights
- Pass a DBS check (if required for the role)
