About the Role
You’ll travel across Bristol, Reading, and surrounding areas to:
- Install and maintain interior/exterior plant & flower displays
- Support seasonal events
- Collaborate with the sales team to bring designs to life
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional approach
Key Responsibilities
✅ Plant & Display Care
- Install and maintain planters, hanging baskets, or scenting units
- Use and replace cartridges in scenting systems
✅ Sales & Customer Support
- Assist the sales team in agreeing designs and installations
- Build trust with customers by upholding a professional, courteous image
✅ Flexibility & Adaptability
- Adapt to varying schedules to meet business needs
- Work at heights and lift heavy plants/cartridges
Requirements & Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence (held for >2 years, no more than 6 penalty points)
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks (carrying, lifting, working at heights)
- Comfort with driving over diverse locations and driving long distances
