Do you enjoy working within a fast-paced challenging environment, with opportunities to grow?
We are looking for an Agile Business Analyst to join our insurance retail team to deliver a robust analysis service which meets the demands of our business and clients, working with our diverse technology solutions and cross-functional development teams. The role requires collaboration with our Product teams, business stakeholders and technical teams, playing a key role in shaping our current and future technology and product delivery.
This role supports the AI DLC by shaping AI use cases, translating desired outcomes into clear and actionable requirements, and ensuring AI solutions deliver value in a safe, responsible, and sustainable way. It requires strong business analysis capability, confidence working in ambiguous problem spaces, and close collaboration with business, data, and technology teams.

What You'll Do
- Supporting delivery through agile and iterative ways of working
- Collaborating within cross-functional squads across business and technology
- Contributing effectively to early-stage, evolving, or exploratory initiatives
- Helping shape and refine AI use cases from discovery through to delivery
About You
Your Experience
- Strong understanding of the front-end software development lifecycle
- Experience contributing to discovery phases, pilots, or proofs of concept
Your Skills
- Strong analysis and design techniques
- Prototyping and visualisation methods to support discovery and decision-making
- Structured and outcomes-focused approach to solution design
- Understanding of AI concepts (e.g., models, prompts, data dependencies, and limitations)
- Ability to critically assess AI outputs and challenge their suitability against business outcomes
- Awareness of AI risks, including bias, explainability, data privacy, and regulatory considerations
- Experience working closely with developers, testers, and product managers
