Job Title: Intermediate or Senior Architectural Technologist
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: GBP35,450.00 DOE
About The Company
We are working with a well-established architectural practice with a strong national presence, currently looking to appoint an Intermediate or Senior Architectural Technologist to join their Milton Keynes team. The practice has a long-standing relationship with a major UK supermarket chain, delivering a consistent pipeline of retail projects across the country. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team, working on fast-paced, high-volume schemes with real responsibility and client exposure.

Daily Duties
- Producing detailed technical drawing packages using Revit
- Delivering projects across RIBA Stages 3-6
- Working on retail schemes for a major supermarket client
- Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Attending client and site meetings where required
- Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and technical standards

Ideal Candidate
- Intermediate or Senior level with strong UK project experience
- Proficient in Revit (essential)
- Solid experience in technical delivery and detailing
- Previous retail or rollout project experience is advantageous
- Strong understanding of Building Regulations and construction processes
- Able to manage workload across multiple projects
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
