ConsultANZ is recruiting an Intermediate Planner and a Senior Programmer to join a leading civil infrastructure contractor in Wellington. These roles offer the opportunity to work on major infrastructure projects within a supportive project controls team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project (MS Project).
- Monitor project progress and update programmes.
- Prepare planning reports and forecasts.
- Identify schedule risks and recommend solutions.
- Work closely with project teams to keep programmes on track.
- Support project controls, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Assist with Earned Value Management (EVM), Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA), and 4D planning where required.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls on civil or infrastructure projects.
- Experience with MS Project and/or Primavera P6.
- Knowledge of construction planning and scheduling.
- Experience with Power BI, Synchro 4D, or Asta is an advantage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
