Intermediate Quantity Surveyor – Ellesmere Port, Cheshire
We're growing and seeking an ambitious Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a professional with PQS consultancy experience looking to advance their career, work across a diverse portfolio of commercial projects within the leisure retail sector, and grow alongside a supportive and experienced team.

Core Requirements
The successful candidate will hold:
- 1–5 years’ experience in PQS consultancy
- Strong cost planning and contract knowledge
- Proven track record in managing commercial sector projects
- A proactive attitude and genuine desire for professional development
