Intermediated Sales Support – Private Medical Insurance (PMI)
Location: Sheffield (50% hybrid working) Salary: circa £27,700

About the Role
As an Intermediated Sales Support Administrator within our Private Medical Insurance (PMI) team, you’ll play a vital role in helping your broker partners confidently assist their clients. Your key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers
- Responding toqueries via email, phone, and live chat
- Providing clear guidance on PMI products
- Managing a central mailbox and addressing broker queries end-to-end
- Ensuring our partners receive the high-level service they expect from Aviva
Full training will be provided, equipping you with the knowledge to become a trusted point of contact for everything PMI-related. Every interaction is a chance to simplify processes, strengthen relationships, and help brokers succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on building rapport and trust
- Handle complex queries with a proactive approach, ensuring satisfactory outcomes for brokers and customers
- Produce clear, high-quality email correspondence
- Maintain strong organisation and administration skills, managing multiple priorities efficiently
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment

Requirements
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Administrative and organisational capabilities to manage heavy inbox volumes
- Proactive problem-solving mindset to resolve queries effectively
- Experience in Private Medical Insurance (PMI) is beneficial but not essential—desire to learn and grow is key
