About Us
Blackmont Consulting is a student led consulting organisation established in 2020 that supports client projects through structured analysis and research. We operate across 15+ branches worldwide, delivering pro bono strategy, market research, and growth advisory services to NGOs, non-profits, and startups.
Key Duties
As a Business Development Intern, you will:
- Identify and research potential clients, including NGOs, startups, and social enterprises
- Conduct outreach to prospective clients and partners to expand Blackmont's network
- Support the development of partnership and collaboration opportunities
- Assist with recruitment outreach to grow Blackmont's global consultant and intern network
- Track and report on outreach progress and outcomes to your Branch Manager
- Represent Blackmont professionally in all external communications

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in the first, second, or final year of university studies
- Ability to commit to the role for a minimum of three months
- Strong communication skills and comfort with direct outreach to external contacts
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting
- Must be able to start on the 1st of the upcoming month (confirm availability before accepting an offer)
