Job Description
All candidates must be able to work full-time in the United Kingdom.
Internship period: from July to December 2026
Length: 6 months
Internship location: CDPQ London, 70 Broadwick Street (4th floor), London, W1F 9QZ
La Caisse’s European Private Equity team is based in London and currently consists of 18 investment professionals and operating partners. European presence was established in 2016 and scaled quickly through investments in the business services, financial services, healthcare and technology sectors. Our strategy is active and collaborative, working alongside management teams and investor partners to shape the future of our investments.

As an intern, you will be involved from the outset in the management of our existing investments, as well as helping identify and analyse potential new investment opportunities to complement our portfolio.
What You Will Do
Work within the London private equity team alongside experienced professionals and assist them in their day‐to‐day tasks; Support the team with management of the existing investment portfolio, including strategic and financial analysis for key decisions; Assist the team in identifying and analysing potential markets and companies of interest, including development of investment theses for selected opportunities; Prepare documents for internal stakeholders summarizing key findings from these tasks.

What You Bring
Penultimate/final year student or recent graduate from a top university with excellent academic track record; Prior internship experience in investment banking, strategy consulting or private equity within a leading international institution; Financially numerate with good Microsoft Office skills; Knowledge of key professional databases (Capital IQ, MergerMarket etc.); Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written; Knowledge of a third language is an asset.
