About the Role
Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service while building long-term client relationships? We are looking for a proactive Internal Account Manager to join our Customer Experience team. You will manage customer accounts, identify new opportunities, follow up quotations, process orders, and provide exceptional support that drives customer loyalty and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up quotations and generate new sales opportunities.
- Upsell products and services through proactive customer engagement.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries by phone and email.
- Provide delivery updates and ETA information.
- Manage bespoke products and stock holding services.
- Produce customer reports and stock quotations.
- Support the External Sales team.
- Maintain excellent attention to detail and accurate administration.
- Action daily reports and manage shared inboxes.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience to improve retention.

What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach.
- Experience in account management, customer service or internal sales.
- Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and IT literacy.
