About The Role
Internal Account Manager – Gold Partners
- Location: Commutable to Cardington, Birmingham or Runcorn - Hybrid
- Contract Type: Permanent – Full Time
- Hours: Mon - Fri 09:00-17:30
- Salary: £32,500 + Commission
Restore Technology is a leading provider of secure and sustainable IT lifecycle services, supporting organisations with IT asset disposal, remarketing, engineering, secure destruction and pre- and mid-life technology services. We work with partners and customers across a wide range of sectors, helping them maximise value, protect data and deliver responsible technology solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Partner Sales team as an Internal Account Manager, supporting a portfolio of Gold and Silver Partner accounts. Working closely with External Account Managers and Directors, you will play a key role in:
- Managing day-to-day partner relationships
- Identifying new revenue opportunities
- Delivering excellent service
- Helping to grow revenue across our partner base

- Manage the day-to-day relationship and activity for designated:
- Existing Partner accounts
- New Partner accounts
- Non-trading Partner accounts
- Work closely with External Partner Account Managers and Directors to support named partners and territories
- Build strong relationships across partner organisations, including:
- Sales teams
- Service delivery contacts
- Senior stakeholders
- Identify and develop opportunities for Restore Technology services across:
- Existing partner accounts
- Prospective partner accounts
- Prepare and manage:
- Quotes
- Customer service queries
- Order updates
- Partner reporting
- Maintain:
- Accurate pipeline information
- forecasts, revenue expectations
- margin updates
- Collaborate with internal teams, including:
- Finance
- Operations
- Service Delivery
- Logistics
- Remarketing Each ensures smooth account delivery
- Support the achievement of:
- Partner expectations
- Revenue targets
- KPIs
- Agreed service levels
About You
Ideal candidates will:

- Have experience in:
- Account management
- Partner management
- Or customer-focused sales support
- Possess strong relationship-building skills
- Must feel confident in communicating with key stakeholders at all levels
- Be commercially aware and proactive
- Focus on identifying opportunities for growth
- Be highly organised and detail-focused, able to manage:
- Quotes
- Reporting
- Pipeline information
- Multiple priorities
- Have proven confidence with Microsoft Office tools
- Word
- Excel (strongly preferred)
- PowerPoint
- Should have strong written communication skills
