Job Introduction
This is a fantastic opportunity for all sales professionals looking for their next opportunity. This role will have you working with the Internal Sales Team where your main responsibility will be to increase company revenue and profitability in line with agreed KPI’s and business standards. To facilitate this, your area of focus will be to support the regional operations team with increasing revenue and profit through the local customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate spend from dormant and new business accounts through telephone and email communication
- Be proactive and confident in generating business from cold leads
- Actively work with the wider Sales Teams to share leads and opportunities within the Customer Pyramid
- Meet agreed revenue and profit targets
- Take a proactive approach to growing existing accounts within your agreed portfolio
- Deliver high level of customer care in line with customer SLA’s
- Ensure the CRM system is kept up to date with activity at all times
- Ensure pricing guidelines are adhered to
- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships throughout different levels of the organisation
- Assist the credit control team in keeping aged debt to a minimum
- Work closely with the operations team to meet budgeted revenue and profit targets
- Thorough review and utilisation of the monthly sales KPI report, track performance of accounts
- Assist the head of Sales Support in building a respectful ‘one team’ culture across the sales and operations teams
- Promote change positively and assist in embedding new concepts
- When considered necessary or appropriate by the company you may be required to carry out any duties considered within your skill and competence to assist the smooth running of the business.

- Highly organised

- Intermediate IT skills, including the ability to analyse data

- Experience of working within the tool hire industry (desirable)
