Description

Internal Account Manager

Corby / Hybrid

Permanent

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

£30,000+ plus bonus (paid quarterly)

Let's be honest - most "internal sales" roles are either glorified order processing or chaotic firefighting.

This one sits properly in the middle… and done well, it's genuinely a commercial role.

You'll be the link between customers, external sales, and supply chain - owning the process from enquiry through to delivery. Not just taking orders, but making sure everything runs smoothly, issues get sorted quickly, and opportunities aren't missed along the way.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Acting as the day-to-day contact for key customers - queries, updates, problem-solving Managing orders end-to-end (from quote through to delivery) Working closely with external sales and supply chain to keep everything on track Proactively keeping customers updated rather than waiting for them to chase Handling pricing, delivery schedules and stock-related decisions Sorting out invoice queries and general "when things don't quite line up" issues

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
