Internal Account Manager

With a strong reputation, excellent customer service and a healthy product pipeline, they continue to expand within a thriving market. THE ROLE: As an Internal Account Manager, you will manage clinical and commercial relationships across NHS and private hospitals, clinics and practices. Typical contacts include consultants, dermatologists, GPs, specialist nurses and procurement teams. The role involves outbound and inbound calls, virtual meetings via Teams, customer support, product education and CRM management through Salesforce. You will also attend industry conferences and support the wider sales team. This is an excellent entry point into medical sales with a clear path into field-based roles.
