Company – IT Managed Services Provider (for health and social care)

Role – Internal Account Manager / Client Support

Location – 1-2 days in London, home based 3-4 days

Package – to £45,000 salary, private health insurance, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

The business supports these organisations across the UK with their largest client being 4,000 users across 60 sites.

The role is Internal Account Manager, to look after and manage the client relationships within their customer base.

The role will involve:

  • Responding to urgent client issues quickly
  • Managing vendor relationships/speaking with vendors/partners to support client needs/requests
  • Pulling together quotes (although someone else will do the actual quoting)
  • Offering advice to clients re IT products and services where required

The basic salary is up to £45,000. The role is hybrid home/office based. Their London offices are in Liverpool Street and the expectation is to be in 1-2 days per week.
