Internal Audit Manager - FTSE 100
Due to an internal promotion Audit & Risk Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a mainstay of the FTSE 100 recruit an Internal Audit Manager to join their high performing team
You will be reporting into a supportive Head of Audit, and ensuring the successful delivery of the internal audit plan.
This particular role has a focus on Europe, and as such there will be some international travel (circa 30%) and the team are in the office 2/3 days a week with the rest working from home. It is a mature working environment and there is a good audit culture within the business. Whilst this role has no direct line management, due to the international aspect of the role you will manage and own relationships with senior stakeholders throughout the business.

You will also be expected to plan and deliver internal audits across Europe and on occasion other regions if the Group requires. Develop strong relationships with management and stakeholders across different geographies and aid in the continuous improvement of internal audit methodology. Support the risk assessment process, annual audit planning process and Regional Governance Committees (RGCs) across your region.

To be considered for this role you are likely to be ACA/ACCA qualified and hail from a Big 4/Top 10 background and have spent the last 2+ years in internal audit, ideally within a large PLC environment. You will have strong communication skills, and any additional language skills will be highly prized.
