End-to-end delivery based internal audit manager.
We are looking for an experienced Internal Audit Manager to join a growing and dynamic Internal Audit function. This is a delivery-focused role, responsible for leading and executing a diverse portfolio of risk-based internal audits across the organisation.
Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit, you will manage audits from planning through to reporting, delivering high-quality assurance and insightful recommendations that support the business in strengthening its governance, risk management and control environment.

This role is ideal for an experienced internal auditor who enjoys hands-on audit delivery, stakeholder engagement and mentoring junior team members, without the requirement for direct people management.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver a portfolio of operational, financial and compliance audits from planning to completion.
- Develop risk-based audit scopes and testing programmes aligned to organisational risks.
- Conduct walkthroughs, process reviews and control testing across a broad range of business functions.
- Identify control weaknesses, process improvement opportunities and emerging risks.
- Produce clear, concise and commercially focused audit reports for senior management.
- Present audit findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
