Audit & Risk Recruitment is thrilled to assist a massively growing top 20 UK firm to recruit for an Internal Audit Manager in London/Manchester/Birmingham.
As a Manager, you will oversee the full cycle of audits, providing supervision over juniors and managing resources efficiently. Your responsibilities will encompass client management and nurturing talents organically.
The Role
You will play a central role in delivering internal audit and advisory services for public sector clients in education, housing, and local authorities. You will help our clients drive improvement and ensure robust control environments. You will get involved in internal audit and quality frameworks as well as being in a predominantly client-facing position.

Your credentials
- Hold an ACA/ACCA/CIA qualification
- At least 5 years of internal audit/risk management experience in public sector, especially in education or housing
- Demonstrable experience working in a professional services firm
- Experience in leading and reviewing work of junior members
- Experience managing a portfolio of work and being a trusted POC for clients
- Influential in stakeholder communication as well as confident and capable in business development
