Location: Central London (with hybrid working model) + international travel (30%, primarily 2-week trips)
About the Role
We are delighted to be recruiting for an Internal Audit Manager to join our high-performing Internal Audit & Risk team. You will report into the Senior Manager and become a key member of the Group Internal Audit & Risk team.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish risk-based audit programmes.
- Execute financial controls and non-financial audits through planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases.
- Play a leadership role and contribute to the continuing development and improvement of the team.
- Coach junior members of the team, ensuring they deliver work of the right quality.

Requirements
- Must hold a relevant professional qualification (such as ACA, ACCA, CIA or equivalent).
- At least two years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in-house.
- Demonstrated strong understanding of best internal audit practice.
- Proven ability to work with and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
The team operates under a hybrid working model, with focus on the London office twice a week. 30% international travel included.
