Internal Audit Senior Manager - Not for Profit – up to £75k base - Birmingham
Global Mid-Tier Practice
- Manager promotion to Senior Manager possible
- 12 to 18-month path to Director
- 2-3 years path to Partner in a growing team who grow leaders from within
UK experience essential and sponsorship not on offer.
We are hiring for a high profile Global Mid-Tier Practice looking to hire a progression led IA Manager role in an established Internal Audit team in the Midlands. They have grown to be one of the leading players in the Midlands offering a wide range of Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, Transformation, Governance, and Compliance services within it.
Their approach is nimble, agile, and consultative bolstered by leading technologies and ex Top 10 and Industry leaders in a team of 25 in the region and growing. They serve a wide array of public sector clients including Central Government Departments, Global and UK Charities, Housing, and Education clients in this area.

Requirements:
- Typically a minimum of 7 years’ experience of leading UK Public sector engagements Internal Audit engagements in a Consulting firm, whether that be Practice, Management Consulting firm, or a Public Sector Institution that has outsourced its services in that area.
- Must be either ACA/ACCA or IIA Qualified.
- Either an experienced Manager (My client would promote Senior Manager) or a current Senior Manager looking for an exciting challenge.
