Key Responsibilities
As an Internal Audit Senior/Assistant Manager, you will:
Client and Project Management
- Manage a portfolio of clients and align internal audit plans with their requirements
- Scope, plan, and deliver diverse internal audit assignments and special projects, including:
- From planning through to reporting
- Preparing draft audit reports and working paper files (high-quality standards for internal review)
- Evaluate client-specific risks (financial, operational, compliance) to design tailored audit tests and procedures

Risk and Control Insights
- Identify control gaps and provide practical, cost-effective risk-mitigation recommendations
- Develop robust internal audit strategies for clients
- Manage multiple concurrent assignments under strict budgets and timelines
Business Development Support
- Collaborate directly with Partners and Directors on activities such as:
- Targeting new opportunities
- Writing proposals
- Leading client presentations
Requirements
Professional Experience
- Proven experience in Internal Audit, ideally with:
- Leading assignments with minimal supervision
- Applying internal audit frameworks effectively

Qualifications & Skills
- Partially or fully PIIA/CIA or ACA/ACCA qualified (advantageous)
- Strong technical skills in executing audit methodologies
- Hands-on data analytics expertise to:
- Enhance audit testing
- Interpret complex outcomes
