Senior Internal Auditor - Birmingham - Professional Services
Audit & Risk Recruitment is pleased to be supporting a fast-growing professional services firm in the search for a talented and motivated Senior Internal Auditor to join its dynamic Internal Audit team in Birmingham.
This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with experience in the public and not-for-profit sectors, including social housing, education or charities, who are seeking to grow their careers in a firm that prioritises learning and development. You will be delivering impactful audits from day one and work across a range of purpose-driven organisations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Fully responsible for delivering end-to-end audits, including managing communications with clients throughout
- Be a team player and thrive in fast-paced environment
- Help develop and nurture junior members of the team
- Produce and provide audits and services to clients of highest quality and excellent
Your should have:
- Circa 2 years of internal audit experience from the public sector
- Track record of delivering full cycle audits independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement abilities
- Hold or working towards either the CIA or ACCA qualification
- A genuine desire to do impactful work for the public and social sector
