About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Internal Auditor to join our growing organisation and take ownership of our internal audit programme across ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. This is a newly created role with significant visibility across the business and a genuine opportunity to influence processes, drive continuous improvement and support the maintenance of our key ISO accreditations.
In this role, you'll:
- Plan and conduct audits across a range of departments
- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with business leaders
- Help promote a positive quality, environmental and health & safety culture throughout the organisation

Requirements
We're particularly interested in hearing from candidates with:
- Internal audit experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial or R&D environments
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Certified Lead Internal Auditor qualifications are highly desirable
Location and Salary
- 📍 Bristol (minimum 2 days onsite)
- 💷 £36,068 - £46,419 depending on experience
