Your new company

Our client is a growing provider of supported housing and community-based support services, helping individuals with a range of needs to live independently and access the services they require. Due to continued growth, they are creating a new role to strengthen quality, compliance and service improvement across the organisation.

Your new role

Internal Auditor / Quality & Compliance Officer - Salary: Circa £45,000 + Benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and analytical professional to join a growing organisation in a newly created role. Due to continued expansion, the organisation is seeking an independent and commercially minded individual to review services, identify improvements, and drive best practice across the business.

The Role

Working closely with senior leaders and operational managers, you will spend the first 6-12 months conducting a detailed review of services, processes and procedures across the organisation. Initially focusing on Mental Health and Supported Housing services, you will gather feedback from service users, analyse operational data, evaluate existing practices and identify opportunities for improvement.

This role requires someone who can challenge constructively, ask insightful questions and provide objective recommendations that enhance service delivery, compliance and operational effectiveness. Over time, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to help design and implement the organisation's internal audit and quality assurance framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of operational processes and service delivery.
  • Engage with service users and stakeholders to gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Analyse data, trends and performance information to support recommendations.
  • Review compliance against regulatory and quality standards.
  • Produce detailed reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Provide constructive challenge and independent oversight across services.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and organisational development.
  • Assist in the development of internal audit programmes and quality assurance frameworks.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
