Think Hire is growing, and we're looking for someone to join our Business Development team, working at the front line of the UK's leading off-grid Energy-as-a-Service provider.

It's a hands-on role at the heart of our business, managing customer relationships, creating energy quotes, and keeping the customer journey moving from first call to delivery. You'll work closely with our sales and operations teams to make sure every customer gets a right-first-time experience.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing inbound and outbound enquiries by phone and email
  • Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Creating energy quotes, hire and sales contracts
  • Coordinating with operations on asset and transport availability
  • Following up on quotations and supporting the sales team on proposals
  • Actively seeking new business opportunities alongside managing a customer portfolio

What we're looking for:

  • Someone comfortable in a revenue and performance-driven environment
  • Strong customer service instincts and a professional telephone manner
  • A team player who can also work independently under pressure
  • Experience in hire, rental, or sales is a bonus, but not essential
