This is a proactive business development role focused on identifying new opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong sales pipeline within the hospitality sector. Working closely with the Business Development team, you will engage with hotel groups, owners, operators, developers, and consultants to secure meetings and create new business opportunities.

You will also play a key role in maintaining CRM data quality, supporting marketing campaigns, and providing market insight to help drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other prospecting activities.
  • Identify and qualify decision-makers within hotel groups, operators, developers, and ownership companies.
  • Book high-quality meetings for the Business Development team.
  • Build and maintain accurate prospect and customer data within the CRM.
  • Create and manage target account lists and market databases.
  • Support lead nurturing and follow-up activity from events, webinars, and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor pipeline activity and report on lead generation performance.
  • Conduct market research and identify new growth opportunities within the hospitality sector.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness and lead conversion.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
