This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a large-scale transformation programme, helping employees understand, engage with and adopt new ways of working. You'll work closely with Change Managers, Technical Trainers, SMEs and business stakeholders to create engaging communication campaigns, support business readiness and drive user adoption across multiple sites.
This role would suit someone with a background in Internal Communications, Employee Engagement or Change Communications who enjoys creating impactful communications and building strong relationships across a business.
This is an initial 12-month contract paying £270 per day (Inside IR35), with strong potential for extension. The role is Midlands-based with regular travel between manufacturing sites and occasional travel to the Halewood facility.

- Facilitate workshops, process walk-throughs and engagement sessions to prepare end users for upcoming changes.
- Coordinate Early Adopter and Super User networks to champion new ways of working.
- Organise engagement events, roadshows and system showcases across manufacturing sites.
- Work closely with Technical Trainers to ensure communications align with training activities and business readiness plans.
- Measure engagement and adoption, producing reports to monitor communication effectiveness and business readiness.
- Build strong relationships across business, project and technology teams to ensure consistent messaging throughout the programme.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
