Internal Communications Specialist

A B2B financial services provider based in London is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to design and implement the group internal communications strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Development of internal communications strategy across all channels
  • Supporting senior stakeholders of internal and external events with a comprehensive comms strategy
  • Support the wider marketing team with press releases, social media posting and marketing content
  • Managing the company's intranet site and content schedule.
  • Creating content and news on SharePoint including video and written content
  • Help create scripts and key messages for internal speakers
  • Manage the monthly Town Hall programme including agendas and support with PowerPoint slides
  • Compiling and writing reports on user engagement with internal communications as needed

  • Proven experience in written communications including proofreading, editing, shortform and longform copy
  • Familiar with SharePoint as used for intranet
  • Strong communication skills
  • Natural ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Good working knowledge of MS Access, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
