We’re looking for a fabulous Internal Communications Apprentice

We’re looking for a fabulous Internal Communications Apprentice to join our People Experience team and help bring our culture, stories and Perfume People moments to life across The Perfume Shop.

Working alongside our Internal Communications Manager and colleagues across the business, you'll help create content that keeps our Perfume People informed, connected and proud to be part of The Perfume Shop.

What You'll Do

  • Create engaging internal content, including news stories, SharePoint articles, Viva Engage posts and updates.
  • Turn business updates, campaigns and people stories into clear, accessible communications.
  • Partner with teams across the business to tailor content for different audiences and channels.
  • Create social media content that showcases life at The Perfume Shop and attracts future talent.
  • Gather stories, photos and colleague highlights that bring our culture and EVP to life.
  • Support the planning and delivery of people-focused campaigns, events and engagement activity.

What You'll Bring

  • A passion for storytelling, social media, digital content and employee engagement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a willingness to learn and share ideas.
  • A creative mindset with an interest in content creation, visuals, video or social media.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to inclusive, brand-aligned communications.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and adapt to change.
  • Curiosity, enthusiasm and a genuine desire to build a career in communications, PR or marketing.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
