We’re reshaping the way the world shops. With over 16,000 colleagues across the UK – from drivers and personal shoppers to engineers and strategists – how we communicate has never been more important.
The opportunity
We’re looking for an Internal Communications Co-ordinator to support the delivery of engaging, clear and consistent communications across Ocado Logistics. Working closely with the Senior Change Communications Manager and the wider Communications team, you’ll play a hands-on role in bringing our messages to life across multiple channels and helping colleagues stay informed, connected and engaged.
This role is perfect for a communications graduate or early-career professional who’s energetic, organised and excited to build a long-term career in internal communications. You’ll gain exposure to a large scale business with over 16,000 colleagues, senior stakeholders and strategy and a fast-paced, operational environment – with real opportunities to learn, grow and develop.
What you’ll be doing
- Support the delivery of internal communications across a range of channels, including intranet, colleague apps, newsletters, digital signage and internal social platforms.
- Maintain and update internal communication platforms, ensuring content is timely, engaging and aligned to our strategic priorities.
- Own and manage the internal content calendar, helping to coordinate messaging across teams and avoid clashes or duplication.
- Support leadership and colleague events such as town halls, leadership forums and engagement initiatives.
- Help manage cascade communications so messages land clearly with colleagues across sites, functions and roles.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business to gather content, shape messages and ensure alignment.
- Support engagement analysis by tracking metrics and helping turn insight into improvements.
- Assist with change and engagement initiatives, helping colleagues understand what’s changing and why.
- Actively look for new ideas, tools and ways to improve the colleague communications experience.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
