Internal Communications Coordinator – Property Management Division
Role Overview
We’re seeking an energetic, creative and digitally savvy Internal Communications Coordinator to join the Savills Internal Communications team, supporting our Property Management division.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Property Management Client Services Collaboration Manager and the central Internal Communications team to deliver engaging communication campaigns across multiple channels—including email, newsletters, digital platforms, announcements, storytelling and video content.
This is a hands-on, creative opportunity where you’ll take ownership of transforming business updates, initiatives and employee stories into compelling content. From writing, curating, filming and editing videos, you’ll help design communications that people genuinely want to read, watch and engage with.
Thriving in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you’ll manage multiple projects while building strong relationships with cross-functional teams. Our ideal candidate is curious, proactive, passionate and eager to learn, with a flair for testing new approaches and driving real impact through effective communication.
