Current Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Internal Communications & Engagement Manager to support a high-profile Public Sector technology programme.
The Role
This position is responsible for driving:
- Internal communications
- Stakeholder engagement
- Operational coordination across multiple teams and functions.
As the successful candidate, you’ll play a key role in:
- Ensuring teams remain informed, aligned, and engaged
- Supporting strategic initiatives, leadership communications, and business operations
Core Requirements
- Must be UK nationals and eligible to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.

Key Responsibilities
Internal Communications & Employee Engagement
- Develop and manage communications across internal stakeholder groups.
- Draft, coordinate, and distribute:
- Internal communications
- Announcements
- Business updates
- Lead the planning and delivery of:
- Team engagement activities
- Celebrations
- Milestone events
- Create and manage:
- Internal newsletters
- Communication campaigns
- Engagement initiatives
- Support culture-building activities and wider employee engagement programmes.
- Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned across teams.
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities.
- Drive follow-up actions to completion.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams—including:
- Operations
- Finance
- Programme delivery
- Leadership
- Manage review and approval processes to ensure:
- Timely delivery of communications and initiatives
- Support alignment and collaboration in complex stakeholder environments.
Operational Support
- Coordinate:
- Meetings
- Workshops
- Leadership sessions
- Team events
- Manage:
- Logistics
- Scheduling
- Administrative requirements
- Provide operational support for:
- Business activities
- Team initiatives
- Assist with ad-hoc coordination and administration as required.
Strategic Project Support
- Support the delivery of strategic programmes and business initiatives.
- Maintain:
- Project plans
- Trackers
- Timelines
- Action logs
- Status reporting
- Prepare:
- Presentations
- Briefing materials
- Supporting documentation For use by leadership and stakeholder audiences
- Assist with project coordination and governance to ensure successful delivery.

Skills & Experience
Essential
- Eligible to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.
- Strong background in:
- Internal communications
- Employee engagement
- Stakeholder communications
- Excellent:
- Copywriting
- Editing
- Content creation
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills, with the ability to:
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proven ability to:

- Experience working with:
